"We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was excellent, the hydrotherapy pools are wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the long wait for meals at all the restaurants. However on our last night we had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was lovely and the wait time was much improved. "Amazing hotel and great staff. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation. We had the suite with a privet pool. Our son was in it the whole time. Having laundry in the room was a bonus. The property is dated, but kept up very well."

"Gorgeous beaches Small resort but cozy and clean. Newly renovated so everything is nice. Food selection is bare minimum and not always catering to vegans. Nightly entertainment only some nights and ends by 9:30 pm. Shelley was amazing and attentive but other staff sometimes ignores you."

"The Sugar Bay Resort was absolutely beautiful! We would stay here again. The view from our oceanfront room was nice. The hotel room and amenities were great. There is an elevator. There were plenty of chairs on the beach, with umbrellas. Most of the time chairs were available at the pool. There is a swim up bar at the pool! The food provided had a good variety.
