"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Ocean Bliss Apartments, booked through your platform. I initially booked the accommodation in British Pounds, but after confirming the booking, the owner requested an upfront payment. I paid as instructed and have the receipt.
Upon checkout, I was surprised to find the amount recalculated in US Dollars and an additional charge under a different business name. This inconsistency in pricing is concerning.

Everything is new and fully equipped with gas bbq stove oven ets. Astonishing vie to the ocean. 5min walk to the beach (steep although) very nice owner and cleaning stuff "
