"This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were bedbugs in the bed, so I immediately requested a checkout and a refund. However, they told me to wait until the manager arrived. It was around 11 PM, and since I had an early morning flight the next day, I refused and left. They have absolutely zero hospitality."
