Room not clean, there was fingerprints on the cabinet door handles and stains on the table. I stayed in 7/floor, once I stepped out from the escalator there was the smell of old carpet. The pro is the outdoor bar next to the swimming pool. It was good to have dinner there when not hot in the evening. Quite relaxing to lay on the sofa with a glass of cocktail and nice food.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Location was great, connected to the Tangcity Mall, which meant loads of restaurant choices. Around 30mins taxi ride from CGK Airport. Room was spacious, but looked quite dated with stains seen everywhere. Nevertheless, still a pleasant stay overall.

Good location

Came here for a night. Location is the best part for Novotel if you need to be in Tangerang since it has direct access to the mall where you can have your meals and a small grocery shop. The room is basic otherwise.

Attached to TangCity Mall, it is very convenient. Staff is welcoming and forthcoming. I checked in very early in the morning coming back from umrah. The staff helped me and my wife settled down quickly with food and laundry. Highly recommended.

The hotel is still quite modern, although it is already a couple of years old. However the rooms are clean, nicely arranged and the breakfast is great. It offers a big variety of international and especially Indonesian food. The gym and pool area have been renovated lately, really great for workouts and some relaxation there after. Moreover the location of the hotel on top of the Tang city mall is also really good. Here you can get some good food and cheap massages as well.
