Once we found the parking garage, the hotel paid for parking. The hotel was very close to the cathedral and shopping."

"Hotel was very quiet as it was a Sunday - it is also currently being renovated - I wasn’t offered a refurbished room until I asked specifically if any were available after I had already checked in. Old room was very dated, had a creaky floor, tap dripping and whistling extractor fan in bathroom. "The noisiest hotel I have stayed in. Heard people coughing, their tv and others using their bathroom sink. The age of the building showed. Carvery ok but Beef too tough to eat. Breakfast was fine and good value. Staff fabulous."

"Small single room, nicely decorated and simply furnished. Fabulous view of the cathedral. The place is clean and quiet, I loved it and when I can afford it I will definitely stay again. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was also really nice and the dining room is very calm and comfortable. One little niggle, the shower was very small and not very powerful. "

"About a 20-minute walk from the centre, this place is in a convenient and easy-to-reach location. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward, which made arrival completely stress-free. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. With a relatively late check-in time and quite an early check-out, a later check-out option would be much appreciated. "Tired hotel ,lack of lifts and accesible entrance. Bedroom hot bathroom freezing couldnt get radiator to work. Lack of easily accesible sockets in room Staff excellen , breakfast excellent Plenty to see and do in area"

"Great location, right in the centre of town but did mean our room, with single glazed windows, was extremely noisy. Other than that, everything was great about the hotel and room. The staff were great, the breakfast delicious, the room and bathroom were huge and well appointed."
