"Clean"

"The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. "

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. "We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay."

"The hotel was updated and clean and the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the really nice gym. It had everything I could have wanted. I dined in the bar/restaurant. The service was attentive, but the food took a long time. The manager discounted my meal as a result, which I appreciated."

"The Property was great, room was big and clean, close to the airport, the only issue wd had was upon checking in the attendent was not the friendliest, and then our room had no shampoo bottle at all, like it was taken off the wall, not even just empty, and we didnt realize until about 3am when showering before our flight so we didnt habe time to let the front desk know. But overall it was a good stay. "

"Room was updated, spacious, and clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was small but you can park in the museum of play lot and get it validated at the hotel."

"Nice place. Staff were friendly and the place was super clean. Pros: spacious rooms, clean, close to restaurants and shops. Cons: not sure why the room itself does not have any usb ports which is really unusual now a days. Washroom was tiny would be better if the door swung the other way to open. Pool was very small and salty. Other wise it was nice stay would come back."

"Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and...

"Very well managed hotel. Staff was friendly and always busy keeping things clean and breakfast area well stocked. Site is convenient and loved the benches overlooking the small pond next door. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Was traveling with my dog and they were very welcoming, even gave her a few treats. Definitely recommend!"

"This hotel has two things going for it: it is pet friendly, and they have multiple electric vehicle charging stations. The staff is friendly. The only negative is that the breakfast options are quite meager. "
