"I have been staying at the hotel for several years, whilst location is fantastic, the condition of the rooms is becoming more obvious of age."

"There was a bracket in the bedroom for a tv but no tv. Lacking power points for phone / watch chargers beside the bed. The bed was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. "

"The staff are very helpful and friendly and the apartments contain everything you need. The location is perfect. It's only a short walk to the beach, eateries and the tram and bus stop. "

"New hotel in excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Spacious room. Roof top restaurant was excellent. Currently hard to find as the local city council has not allowed them to put up their sign on the building and there are no street numbers posted. "

"Had to chase up Motel for after hours details for entry and key for room. Front door of room seemed to have a fist sized dent - air con was very old and rattled very badly so had to turn off. Could not open front window for air flow and small window in bathroom had locks and after front door issue did not feel safe to open"

"The check in was a nightmare never received an email with door lock code ,a shortage of cutlery and crockery at the apartment!! no plug for the sink .the cleaning lady was very helpful if it wasn’t for her we would have been stuck for the missing items.😡😡"

"Very good location near to the shops in Glenelg. Quite homely in the two bedroom unit on the ground floor with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Light and airy but with good blinds to keep the heat out."

"It was ok, would be hard for elderly or people who find stairs a challenge, but I think they are upgrading, so hopefully they'll put a lift in"
