"Clean and smell good"

"Our room was very dirty. We did find a cleaning lady who came in and cleaned the floors for us. The bathroom floor remained wet because of water coming up under the floor boards. Shower wasn't clean. The frig was disgusting and beds were made but had hairs in them and pillowcases were stained. Do not recommend. No other places to stay so had to sleep there for the night"

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

"Room was freezing cold. Dirty sheets and pillow cases."

"11/10 had everything I wanted and more, clear notes on things that may be hard to operate for your first time like the washer/dryer. Unbeatable for the price"

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. It is so comfortable both inside & outside and just what ee needed -...

"This property I’m sure at some point was an elevated stay experience. It lacks a lot of maintenance and cleanliness. The staff at the one restaurant could use some training is speed of service and accommodation."
