"Great place to stay at. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to switch the room to accommodate us. Disappointed with the watered down drinks and nightlife especially on Saturday. I’m not sure what happened with the DJ. Overall we enjoyed the time spent on the property. Beautiful beach, great pools and hot tub, and to have a hammock right outside my room was everything!"

"The hotel was literally just okay. Everything was just okay and the experience is very basic. The rooms need to be updated but they were mostly clean. "The rooms were clean, but the halls were dirty (the carpet in the hallway was an eyesore and had an odor). The outdoor pool was often closed for cleaning. I do not gamble and did not use the casino. The sushi place was terrific; the Tides restaurant was pricey and not worth it; the food was not in accordance with the price. The customer service was on and off. Some of the staff were kind and delightful, and others completely standoffish and rude at times."
