"We stayed at Atlantis for seven days, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing considering the cost and reputation of the resort.
For our entire seven-day stay, a significant portion of the resort and its amenities were either closed or only partially operating. "We had a wonderful stay at The Cove. The resort is beautiful and elegant, and the service throughout the property was excellent. We especially enjoyed Fish by José Andrés and Paranza, where the food and service were outstanding. The beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear water and soft sand. Our only disappointment was the beach service for drinks and refreshments, which was very limited and sometimes almost nonexistent. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return!"
