"Een heel leuk verblijf gehad met de kinderen. Het eten was lekker en het personeel is erg vriendelijk zeker in het restaurant. Daarnaast vonden we het er ook erg schoon. Het animatieteam was ook erg leuk en er waren genoeg activiteiten voor de kinderen. Enige minpunt is het aquapark. De ene dag mocht mijn zoon wel van de glijbanen en de andere dag mocht het niet. Veel te veel overbodige regels en we voelden ons niet vrij om te zwemmen."

"Very rude and unprofessional staff. The AC wasn’t functioning well and most of the time the room was very hot. Room service is very late and not to the standard of the price paid. Misunderstood the booking days and made me pay for an extra night while at checkin I gave them the dates I was supply to stay, when I told them they need to fix it they argued about the new price and when asked for the authorities they wouldn’t call the police and physically blocked me from leaving the premises to call...
