"Lovely hotel in a quiet and tranquil area"

"This guest house is in a bad location, the asking price is really excessive. We stayed there for 2 nights, our room was not made up. The service is really mediocre. Add to this the arogance of Halima the manager. We must not rely on appearances. We were three adults, my daughter slept on a mini sofa. The height of the story is that we shared the stay with the doberman dog of the (absent) owner who slept and walked in the corridor slon and dining room interior Catastrophe!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely like to return some time very soon. The staff are without exception fantastic and couldn’t do more to make sure your stay is exactly what you want it to be. The scenery and surroundings are absolutely stunning and you can immerse yourself into the local culture very easily if that’s what you want to do or if you crave being in the hustle and bustle of the city then transport into Marrakech is easy to arrange."

Tout d'abord la chambre dont j'ai un grand doute qui ne correspond pas du tout au descriptif et les 75 m2 , quand à la vu piscine c'est une vue indirect . Aucune décoration dans la chambre vraiment impersonnel . "Cet établissement est sur-noté et les images postées par la direction sont surréalistes. Voici pourquoi : Chambre : La chambre étais très sale, avec des draps mal lavés et des housses de canapé tachées de chocolat bien frais. "We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out.
