Gianni is the sole reason this even has one star. He was amazing and personable. The rooms are extremely outdated. Why is the toilet lever on the wall?? Paint chipping everywhere. Self check-in was pretty simple... the detailed instructions sent to us before our arrival made it easy. The room was clean, and the location is great. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
