"Stayed one night at Bally's and everything was fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the Valet attendants! Room was nice and clean. Love the exposed brick. The only negative would be the ongoing construction around the area and at the hotel, but that's a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay again. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from! The staff was friendly, and the check in/out process was very smooth! I would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to others!"

"I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped."
