"I booked a two-night stay for my family at this hotel, but the experience was so appalling that we decided to check out a day early. I simply could not justify staying another night. The nightmare started at check-in. I waited in line for almost an hour, only to be told between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM that our room wasn't ready. I checked back at 7:00 PM, and again at 7:30 PM, constantly having to demand updates before they finally gave us a room. The service only got worse. After using the hot springs that evening, our room was short on towels. When I went to the front desk to ask for more, the female receptionist treated me with unwarranted suspicion, as if I was untrustworthy. This escalated into a ridiculous argument. When a manager finally intervened, instead of resolving the issue, they actually asked me, 'What can I do?' The final straw came the next morning. When we headed down for breakfast, both passenger elevators were broken. Guests were forced to use a filthy service elevator instead. Between the rude staff, incompetent management, and broken facilities, this place completely ruined our trip. Avoid at all costs."

"Fridge was not plugged in, hotel extremely run down and filthy. The complete second floor was under demo with glue fumes, dust, old furniture hanging around the hallways. Elevator scary. Bathroom dirty, scum and rust all over tub and faucets. Carpets disgusting with stains . Curtains that don't fit and stained. Outlets don't work and the ones that did were sloppy and hard to keep anything charging."
