"Clean and basic hotel close to the airport with free airport pickup and drop-off was good for an overnight transit stay. Staff were polite and helpful, although not all spoke English. It's located in an odd little back alley away from the road, so I'd only recommend it for a transit stay of one night, as it's nothing fancy and away from town. I didn't try the breakfast here, so unable to comment about the food."

"We stayed here for five nights mainly for sight seeing. The property was nice. The staff was friendly. We chose West Lake for quietness. We were disappointed that there was no prior communication about the big construction in front of the hotel - apparently it will go on for a year or more. It was far from the greenery as per their photo. Construction noise woke us up at 6am on our first night. We managed to change to quieter apartment the next day but this had already affected our energy on the day and plans. Suggest to be transparent about the noise situation early when customers book or enquire. Pay closer attention to customers with quiet apartment request at check in. The sauna just wasn't hot enough and was difficult to use with unclear instructions. The breakfast wasn't on par with hotels like Lotte or Melia Vinpearl on a similar grade."

"We wished we had planned a second night! We stayed here on our return from Sa Pa before taking a flight the next day. Very convenient and roads with light traffic to get to the airport. This is a 121 ha resort in a natural setting where you have free access to bicycles to explore. There are 2 or 3 restaurants including an excellent breakfast buffet. You can hear frogs singing at night and birds...what a concept around noisy Hanoi."
