"Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and located in a great neighborhood. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help, especially the front desk team. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed, although it was smaller than it appeared in the photos. The café/bar and pool area were also smaller than expected. One disappointment was that there was not anyone attending the pool bar when I checked it. There were signs showing the pool’s hours of operation, but no information about the pool bar’s hours or whether it was open. The in-room dining service was prompt, but the breakfast was disappointing. The eggs, potatoes, and omelet were very dry. I called to ask for mayonnaise or ranch dressing, and I was initially told they didn’t have either. After I insisted, I was told they would send some if available, but nothing was ever delivered. I mentioned this to the front desk when checking out, and they said they would pass the feedback along to the restaurant staff. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very nice, the staff are courteous, and the location is excellent."

"Very comfortable hotel. I thought everything was very nice. The breakfast was correct (not exceptional but pretty good). It was not cheap due to the fact that everything is expensive in Vancouver nonetheless it was less than others. I payed 225 dollars with breakfast and I thought it was good quality/price. I would definitely stay there again"
