"This is now my "go to" hotel when I need to be in downtown Dallas. It's in a good location near the Guadalupe Cathedral and the Meyerson Symphony Hall. The valet parking staff (Michael & Su) and hotel staff (Raven, Mary Jane) were very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept so well. The room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The terrace pool is lovely, 3 to 9 feet increasing depths. And the final wonderful surprise was the Pyramid restaurant which offered delicious affordable gourmet cuisine. That is why I like this hotel so very much."

"It was great to have shuttle service to and from airport, check in was easy and I felt very comfortable in my room. Housekeeping was there and prompt every mid morning. Will definitely stay here again."
