"I love everything about this hotel, and it was my 3rd time there. The only problem was my air conditioner didnโt work . It was 35degree outside , and my room was hot like a sauna . I gave feedback to one of the staff, she said it was just like that. Truly hope the management can fix the air conditioner soon."

"Very conveniently located/ near everything. We came in on the overnight ferry, and we brought our luggage over without problems. We also took advantage of their lobby cafe. We only had a short stay in Fukuoka but we enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods nearby."
