Staff was very friendly and location convenient to Hakata station. We did not use the train during our stay so we actually should have stayed near Tenjin where there are many more restaurants around. Warning: beds are very hard, notch above sleeping on the floor. Had to sleep on my side as sleeping on your back was very uncomfortable.

Excellent location, just right across Hakata station and close to amenities like lawson, 711 and family mart. The rooms are decent size. The staff are nice and helpful. We didn’t get to try their breakfast because it seemed to be always busy. One less star because my dad had a medical emergency and was needing help with walking. The hotel offers wheelchair but only for use inside the hotel. Even though this was an emergency situation, they didn’t let No we’re not use the wheelchair to bring my dad to the nearest clinic (about a 5 min walk) from the hotel. Maybe if there was no language barrier, it would have been a different outcome but nonetheless, for medical situations like that, management should show compassion and flexibility.
