"Everything was great here. The staff was lovely, kind and helpful. Katarina at the reception was welcoming and Nena helped us whenever we asked for room refills of coffee, toilet paper, towels. The whirlpool was the perfect temperature and the view was very pretty. "

"Staff was friendly and room was great. Only issue is the ski shuttle didn’t start yet even though one of the ski resorts the shuttle takes you too is opened. They should add the shuttle dates to the profile."

"Very beautiful hotel, close to the train station and there is a casino just next to the hotel. Good service and clean, there is an option to get breakfast for $5 which includes a coffee, pastry and fruit. "

"We had an amazing room with a beautiful view of the mountains, and the room was very comfortable. The only minor suggestion was having cell phone chargers as otherwise you need a German power adapter is coming from the US. Highly recommend this property!"
