"It is a nice conveniently located budget restaurant with good breakfast. Warning: it is located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the building without a lift so only use if you don't mind the climb. Good supportive reception and right opposite Rossio station so easy to commute or walk to all attractions."

"Rooms were a good size and our had a washing machine to wash our clothes in which was a nice touch. Did not eat at the hotel but the restaurants looked nice."

"This hotel was perfect, it was centrally located and made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do in Portugal. The staff was amazing friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. They kindly allowed us to store two of our bags while we traveled on to Porto and Paris, which was a huge convenience. When we returned to pick them up around 3:00 a.m., the front desk representative was still incredibly helpful and friendly. Between the outstanding staff, great location, and overall hospitality, I would absolutely love to stay here again."

"The location is great, just beside the metro station that connects to the airport and in the heart of Lisbon. Room was tiny. Staff was fine and most of the time helpful when I needed, except for this one lady that was a bit rude when I questioned why the safe is not bolted the wall. If is not bolted, it defeats the purpose of having a safe available. A good place for a short period stay, I wouldn’t stay there longer than 2 nights. "

"The bedroom was very,very small as was the bathroom.Kettle provided for coffee but nowhere safe to set it to boil as the cord didn't reach the outlet unless you set it on the floor. Although it was 26 degrees in Lisbon no A/C on.Told to open a window and then it was too noisy."
