THEY are there WORKING which makes all the difference in the world because they care the most about their guests. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were home. The above and beyond’s were what impressed us the most. Free water all day by the pool. Guest laundry. A “continental” breakfast with everything you could imagine. Free happy hour 4-5. A bottle of wine at check in …. The list...

"Great. We would stay again. It’s perfect for families, as it has free breakfast and parking. It’s walking distance to Duvall street. A car is not needed if you fly into K W. Super clean. It is not a new hotel, but was perfectly comfortable. We had no issues and staff or anything else. There is a substantial resort fee, so plan for that to be added to your nightly rate. It’s a wash in terms of what you want and need in K W. "
