"Nice sauna, terrific staff."

"This place is a mixed bag. Its clean and fancy. They do nickel and dime you though. They tried to make me buy a $25 gift card for the mall every day by saying it was a fee for the room (charging me $25 in return for the gift card). They acted like I had no choice until I got upset, then they removed it. The drinks are overpriced and I suspect they don't always give you a full shot of alcohol in the mixed drinks. The complimentary toothpaste is hilariously small. The room has no coffee or microwave to encourage you to spend more money. It was nice to be in such a classy, high-end place but it also felt like being at a Mercedes car dealership which is a bit gross. "

"The lobby in the outside of the hotel look amazing, however, the rooms definitely need some upkeep. The room I stayed in have paint filling on the ceiling, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Furniture was also showing its age. Great location though, right in the middle of Buckhead."

"Great location overall comfortable stay. However, the bathroom wasn't that clean. All of staff was friendly and able to answer my questions. If you staying more than one day it's cheaper to do valet parking $40 a night . Other self parking is $25 . No in or out abilities."
