We enjoyed our two nights day at the Tess Autograph. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Our room was quite comfortable. We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant and it was very delicious and the wheat staff were extremely friendly. Overall had a very nice day and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. I tried to check in at 4pm. At 5pm I was still sat in reception waiting for my room. I finally got offered a down grade to the one I had booked. The room was fine the shower was terrible. I travel a lot internationally and although this hotel looked great on paper. The service and amenities were terrible. The only member of the team that stood out hands down was John from the valet team who was superb.

The hotel is lovely and located in a great area, with beautiful views and very nice amenities. During the day, the property was quiet, relaxing, and had an upscale atmosphere that made the stay feel a little more luxurious. Overall, we enjoyed the room and the hotel, although there were a couple of lights in our room that flickered. Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly at night when the rooftop bar and club became active. We could hear loud music in our room until around 1:30 a.m., along with chairs being dragged across the floor for much of the night. The noise made it very difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep, which was disappointing for a property that is so highly rated. Everything else about our stay was very nice, but the nighttime noise was excessive and should be addressed, especially for guests staying in rooms near or beneath the rooftop area.

Excellent hotel! Very impressed with everything about it. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was perfect. Definitely above expectations. We didn’t even discover the refrigerated beverages until just before we checked out.
