I came to spend some time with my family and left!

I TRULY ENJOYED MY STAY! THE STAFF WAS AWESOME ESPECIALLY FRANK, HE MADE MY MORNING EVERYDAY TO SEE HIM AS I HAD MY MORNING COFFEE! THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

Check in good. Breakfast in morning excellent. Room construction not quite finished- vent fan in bathroom hanging from ceiling, bathroom sink faucet loose and bathroom sink drain plug does not work. Construction dust on floor and in closet. Stove cracked. Parts of coffee maker missing (maybe this is on purpose?) Garage kind of a mess with trash, dumpster, and many spots taped off.

Good stay!

The hotel is undergoing renovation, which is good because it's a little dated. However, the beds are really comfortable and the rooms have plenty of space. We upgraded from the studio to the two bedroom, and it was almost like an apartment. The staff here is excellent!

Our stay was Excellent. The hotel is under renovation right now so there is not Free Breakfast, however they did have coffee and tea in the office. Staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The studio room was clean and very comfortable!

The staff is really nice and responsive. The hotel is undergoing renovation so it's hard to tell about amenities. The rooms we stayed in were pretty old and definitely needed to be updated. We were not aware when we booked that the property would be under renovation. So no breakfast, courtyard or pool.

Just Manageable As Renovation Continues

The place seems to be under renovation but there is no clear sign indicating it's a hotel. I missed my way few times only to find out it's right there. The carpets are old and has moldy smell along the hallway. The room inside is okay. I like that it has a fridge and microwave, comes handy when you have kids with you

For where I needed to be, this spot is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The parking area entrance is a bit tricky, the door is hard to open especially with luggage in tow. The elevator floor was cracked, I thought it should have been attended to. This was my 2nd stay and I would return.

This location is great if you'd like a anbience rather than a usual commercial setting...meaning, there seemed absolutely no stores or eateries around. However, you can easily get to Buck Head by a short drive (or a taxi w/ minimum charge). My special thanks go to the young man (forgot to get his name) at the front desk who let me check in super early, after my long hours drive to arrive in ATL ..

was told upon arrival there was no breakfast provided due to construction. was told the stairwells were closed due to construction (safety issue?!) upon check in, found out there’s another $20/day parking fee. needs some work/remodel/updates. tv service sucked, connection was horrible and cut out every other word. quiet location. Fantastic staff, renovations were rough!

Miss Mimi at the front desk was everything! She was super awesome and accommodating. Her lil frozen juices were a staple for us. My man was obsessed, The only negative is that the email about renovations wasn’t as in depth as it should’ve been. The email didn’t state that complimentary breakfast was no longer being offered during this time, that the pool would be closed entirely and I’m not sure if the Netflix offering was a part of the fall through of renovations but it was on the list of amenities and it was down the entire stay. So we were stuck with one or two channels on repeat of the same movies/shows. That being said, we were able to get our fill of ATL and its attractions. It was just disappointing that I tried to find a hotel specifically that offered breakfast so we could start the days right and one with a pool so I could enjoy it when we got back from our ventures. It was my birthday weekend and I was just a tad disappointed when it came to the hotel, just because it ended up being only a place to sleep and not to relax/enjoy. I am understanding when things are out of anyone’s control but I think the email sent out was a bit deceptive of what and how many amenities/services were actually unavailable. Mimi saved the day, truly. And I can’t be more grateful to be met with accommodations such as no deposit and the free parking. I will certainly return after the renovations are completed.
