"This is a great boutique hotel - spacious and very clean, really well situated in the middle of everything and close to the transport hubs. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here Only downside would be please give me 2 teabags of each tea type as there are 2 guests."

"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "

"Reasonable priced stay with relatively comfortable and spacious room. Able to sleep 3 adults. Room has machine to dispense filtered water. Hotel provided basic amenities. Within walking distance to MTR. Highly recommended."

"I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was very nice. The staff are very friendly with excellent customer service. The hotel is okay, bed is a little hard, some room can be stuffy but the staff gave me an air purifier and moved me to a better room. I will definitely come back if there is a chance. Very close to the mid central escalators so walking commuting is very nice. And bus stop right in front of the hotel for those looking to use their compass cars to the max. "
