"This is an older hotel, so I did not expect it to be luxurious or recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, I would give this hotel 3 stars. My main concern was that despite staying on a non-smoking floor, there was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the entire hallway and floor. The odor was persistent and made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. If the hotel could better enforce its non-smoking policy, the guest experience would improve significantly."

"The staff at the hotel was wonderful answering all questions. They were all friendly and welcoming. We used their cabanas to celebrate our niece’s graduation and everyone was great. Service was top notch. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to be close to the beach and wants great service."

"Was really a lovely hotel. Clean with a beautiful pool are. Our favorite time spent there was at the hotel bar with Suzanne. We ate our dinner there every night. Not only was she entertaining but also helpful with ideas of what to do in the area. The food was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was a full buffet and was the best I’ve had in a hotel."

"I booked this “resort” for the sheer amount of 5 star reviews it had and when I got there, I was severely disappointed by what I saw and received. The reviews mention that the staff is a 5/5 but when I first arrived they had guys standing around laughing and making slick comments about my transaction. I was not prepared for the “surprise $200 deposit” that was not mentioned beforehand. The following night I watched another gentlemen go through the “surprise fees” when he checked in and he said “well, that’s how they get you huh.” Anyways, during my 3 night stay, I requested towels twice and no one ever showed. The only staff that are good are the beach furniture staff. None of the staff anticipate needs or go above and beyond or even do the bare minimum. I barely saw anyone. Reviews also said the hotel was clean but once you go into the hallways, they have disgusting stained old carpet and hot hallways that stink. The smell is similar to someone’s smelly armpit. My first room had stains on the furniture and a funny smell. They eventually checked on me and switched my room. I won’t have enough characters to talk about all the bad stuff but the good thing is the convenient location of the “resort” and the breakfast staff! Special shoutout to Cynthia. She is doing a great job. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE. After 407 for the room, 140 in “resort fees”, 75 dollars in parking in their own lot, and $200 deposit, I can’t say I got any value from this place."

The Colony Hotel Palm Beach

"My friends and I booked a one night stay at The Colony Hotel and were very excited, as we live in Miami and this was our first time staying in Palm Beach. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by a group staying in the room next to ours. They were making loud noises, yelling, and slamming things throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We eventually had to contact the front desk, and the situation escalated to the point where the police were called to escort them out. We understand that this was not the hotel's fault, and we do want to recognize Jose, the manager, who reached out to us and did his best to assist after the incident. His professionalism and concern were appreciated. There were also a few other issues that affected our stay. The hotel's website states that checkout is at 12:00 PM; however, our room keys stopped working at 11:00 AM, which was confusing and inconvenient. This should be clarified for guests. Additionally, the room did not have blackout shades, allowing a significant amount of light into the room early in the morning. To make matters worse, our room was located near the dumpster area, and after already getting very little sleep due to the noisy neighbors, we were woken up again around 7:00 AM on Sunday by the garbage truck. Considering the rates charged by the hotel, we expected a much more comfortable and restful experience."

"Great place to go with your buddies on an adventure, or a cheap date with the girlfriend, but pictures over sell it. Its dark in main bedroom and needs a serious remodel on both interior and exterior. Trim was destroyed and falling. AC works great, nice view of the beach but its just feels very dated. Valet was slow and expensive."

"They were very polite. The environment is safe and comfortable for the price they charge. The floor needs to be cleaned better, as my socks turned black from the dirt. Otherwise, it's fine. My 10/10 goes to all the staff there regarding customer service—they were very kind. For the price it’s ok Tv doesn’t connect right. And need be flexible to watch in the sofa because it’s other way."
