"Clean and cosy room. L9vely breakfast"

"Great hotel for a great price. Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. "The room was clean and warm, as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable. The springs made noise and pressed into my back whenever I moved."

"Shops were quit near but the hotel is not good it’s a old building with poor customer care. Note : there is not power sockets beside bed so keep in mind before booking "

"It feel very dated around parts of the hotel and the bed was rather noisy even when making slight adjustments in my sleep. Rooms were ridiculously hot when we arrived so slept with the fan on (in February) "

"When we arrived, the lady at the reception was very polite and pleasant. However, in the morning when we were leaving, the staff were quite unfriendly and rude. Later, when we contacted the hotel to explain what had happened, they tried to accuse us of having three people stay in a double room. We were honestly surprised, because it was the hotel that checked the three of us into a room with two beds in the first place, but we chose not to raise this issue at the time."
