"Very nice detailed and clean"

"We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel, and unfortunately the only positive aspect was its location. Beyond that, the experience was quite disappointing. There was a strong bleach smell lingering in the hallways at all times, which was very uncomfortable. The room itself felt unclean, and the air conditioning unit appeared to have not been properly cleaned in a long time—it was visibly dusty. We stayed for three nights and experienced constant sneezing throughout our stay. This raised serious health concerns for us, and even after checking out, we have continued to deal with sore throats. Overall, the conditions did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort."

"The passageway had litter in it and that was unsightly. I think the staff are doing an amazing job with a worn down property. At least the bed was comfortable and had no dust or bed bugs but my expectations were really low."
