"Best trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! "

"This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday."

"This is our second time in a swim out room and we love it. The pool access is a bonus, proximity to town, the marina and the beach is also a plus for us. Easy to walk everywhere means we didn’t need a car for the time we were there."

"Absolutely loved staying at Hibiscus. The property was lovely and quiet. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Check in after hours was smooth and all staff were very friendly and helpful. It’d definitely stay there again. "

Studio apt on 2nd floor overlooking pool and beautiful tropical garden, clean comfortable and well decked out.Facilities excellent… 2 beautiful pools, good bbq area at each, laundry if needed. "The room was amazing and clean, had everything we needed, extra towels, a kitchenette, microwave oven, tea and coffee. Also a very beautiful view of one of the pools, sounds of birds singing, water fall and a nice breeze when sitting on the balcony. Couldn’t be better than this. Thank you 😊 "

"Love the pools and cleaning staff are lovely Did not rate the body corporate guy sneaking around the back of unit taking photos of people if there towels were left hanging Very rude and arrogant man not great for bussiness"

"The room was spacious and clean. We thought the limited front desk time would be challenging but they communicated well with easy instructions so no problem at all. The pool is a bit kiddish but I donot come to Port Douglas to swim in a pool. Parking space is tight but manageable."
