"Great to experience a night in the rainforest although not for the faint hearted! The sounds at night were a bit scary if you’re not used to it and a large branch or something fell onto our cabin and scared the life out of me! The heavy rain kept me awake most of the night as was very loud! I could not relax for fear of a tree falling but that’s just my anxiety as I’m sure it was quite safe! "Ferntree was basic accommodation. Towels were shabby, lighting around the place was not sufficient at night, restaurant food was below par, the beds were uncomfortable and the noise between rooms was far too evident"

"We have been coming to PKs for a few years now. It is safe to say that the area has become a lot busier in these COVID times. Unfortunately - PKs had been closed for a spell and had just re-opened. This meant the pool wasn't finished or usable. They had also got rid of all the plants in that area - which changed the space a lot.
