Hotel Dekat Dagenham Park Leisure Centre

"Good reception team , good rooms clean toilets and close to Stratford station"

"Good location to the highway with secure on site parking. The room was clean although in dire need of a good update in the bath as the ceiling was damaged and the bathroom door in need of replacement due to obvious water damage. We found the bed and pillows to be comfortable with clean linens. The staff was wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast was good and included with the stay. The seating could use a good clean though as many of the chairs were stained."

"Very conveniently located next to the train station and a small grocery store and fast food chains (Burger King, Subway, etc...). The bed is incredibly comfortable (legitimately have been struggling to get good sleep at home and this bed kept me asleep all night). Property is clean and the staff is just young and super friendly. About to try the breakfast."

"Great location for a trip Very helpful staff"

"We didnt use the room all day, but first impressions, very clean and neat! The bathroom was shinning and nicely presented. The shower was powerful and e got small condiments for shampoo and body wash. Nice towels (although I prefer the large ones). But soft and clean. In a very busy high street so food and drink is in abundance and also getting tubes and ubers is easy too. Staff very friendly. I didnt have time to check out the breakfast, but it was complimentary and no extra charge to the...

"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."

"Clean and neat very conveniently located near the DLR station"

"Lovely clean room very surprised about how much it was i felt like i could of paid more would come back"

"Ideally situated with fairly secure parking at £20 per night"

"The highlight of our stay was Elena at reception, who was very helpful when we checked in and assisted us with applying the parking discount using the machine outside. Excellent customer service from her. The room itself could do with more attention. The carpet had several visible stains, and the refreshments provided were inadequate for two guests, with only one regular tea bag and one herbal tea bag available. Usually, there are at least two of each. Hopefully these housekeeping issues can be...

"No tv in room which was a shame. Otherwise, great stay."
