"Do not trust these guys. This property was advertised as available next day for a one night stay so I paid my booking fee in good faith. When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:- 1. Reservations needed to be made earlier. 2. One night stays were not allowed 3. They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...

"We had a wonderful week staying in this house. Very quiet and safe location. The house itself had everything we needed, excellent wifi, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. A lovely garden. It has 2 bathrooms and three toilets. It was very secure, with sensor lights at the front door. It is very close to the bus stop, short walk to West Finchley Underground. "The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful!
