"Great location and highly recommend. We had one small issue as the check in code didn’t allow access to the room. We had to wait at the door for an hr but someone arrived and let us in. Turns out the wifi needed to be reset to allow the door lock to work. The person was very apologetic and checked all was ok before leaving. Would return here again."

"Loved the stay. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved fast. No problems with anything in the property. We had a washer, which was really convenient. Everything was just perfect. "The room was clean, pretty nice amount of space, great little washing machine and a washroom with an air dry setting for clothes. There are two large trash bins (for recycling and trash), and I do think if we had filled them we were able to request a pickup if needed, additional clean towels were also available, but only on request. Room with beds has a small table/folding chair set for use but it is a bit tight so we did not use (triple single beds). Reasonable amount of storage (closets)...

"駅にもコンビニにも近くて良かったです。広くて綺麗な部屋でした。 ほとんどセルフサービスでこのお値段はすごくいいと思います。キッチン有りトイレお風呂別で洗濯機、掃除機があったので長期の宿泊でも快適に過ごせると思いました。ただホテルから送られるメールが全て文字化けしているので、そこだけ改善していただき幸いです。梅田や難波、ユニバにも行きやすく、新世界が近いので大阪で低良さでホテル探している際にはとても良いと思います。"

"What a beautiful place to stay. Staff was very helpful, a bit of walking distance to dotonbori but surrouded by konbini everywhere. Great cafes near by and the room is beautiful. We stayed in a room of 6 and it's a great place to get together and bonding with your group. One thing though, the bed is not very comfortable to sleep on. After long day of walking and exploring, a good night sleep is a must."

"The room was big for us which was great coming from a small hotel room in Kyoto. Definitely better for a family of 5. The hotel was very clean and the process was super smooth, however there was a musty smell in our room but they said they would switch if we wanted but we didn’t want to move all our luggage. Great price overall."
