" everything was fine except they charged $5 a night to park and used Credit Ca5rd which he put thru himself would not allow us to do it so had to supply security pin, unhappy over this also said any damage ot xtra cleaning they would charge to credit card without notification to us."

"Nice clean comfortable rooms and great service from staff only negative was the room had a night store wall heater on a timer which wasn’t efficient enough to keep the big room warm and you couldn’t pre heat it…the temps were 3-5 degrees so I was wearing my jacket in the room sadly "

"It's very clean and looks new. The room (queen & single bed) is big and good for price. Need a bit walk from location to central city or take bus. Overall, very satisfied!"

"We have had the most amazing stay at Alpine Motel Arthurs Pass. Our host Fiona has been so lovely! She sorted an extra night accommodation for us, after snow canceled the transalpine train we were booked on. She provided us with a shovel so we could make Snowy the snowman and helped us out with anything we needed. Highly recommend this cosy home away from home."
