Very good accommodations. Comfortable and everything one needs. The in room washer and dryer is a ++ as we packed light for a two week vacation. This was certainly a big reason we chose this hotel.

We arrived late and fro t desk was closed, We were not familiar with the using remote checkin with intercom/ phone but once we found it, it was smooth. Room was nice and washer and dryer were very easy to operate and efficient. Great location in central area.

Stayed on 2 occasions and both rooms were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Well positioned placecwith a restaurant next door and others a short walk awsy.
Nice room and great location. Onsite parking is limited so contact hotel a few days out to try to reserve a spot. There is an adjacent commercial lot that is expensive on hourly basis but inexpensive if your qualify for the overnight and early bird parking rates.

Great location , close to everything. Room was modern and clean with good amenities. Staff was also great and very helpful. No complaints.

Good hole in wall when you need a bed. Relatively good soundproofing, played music right through the night without issue. Very clean with great modern appliances, well appointed. A stand out for me was the overall guest experience, staff friendly and welcoming, as well as being approachable.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and great central location. Reception staff very welcoming. Would definitely stay again. One little suggestion would be to include the wifi password on the instruction page on the tv.

The room was new, spacious, and clean, and had everything we needed. We especially liked that, despite being apartment-style accommodation, there was daily housekeeping. The staff were friendly, and everything was exactly as described.
We did wish there were more convenience stores nearby, but to be fair, Christchurch is a very quiet city, and there didn’t seem to be many supermarkets within walking distance.
Great location, with ease of public bus to/from the airport. Convenient walk to reach the shopping and dining hub. Pleasant experience from check in to check out. Great spacious studio with kitchen plus laundry amenities. Staff were warm and welcoming. Can’t recommend it more!
