"The Gubelhof Suites were perfect for our visit. We stayed in the large 1 bedroom and were provided with an extra bed in the living room as we were a group of three. Everything was top notch and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the property and would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Located in Horw but well connected with trains to downtown Lucerne. Check in was cumbersome as it was all ‘personless’. I did not see a hotel employee in the 3 days we stayed and that felt impersonal and vague. One must have a good data plan and lots of phone battery life at all times otherwise you cannot enter the building. There is no one you can call if you are stranded out. We had to ask at 4 places in the neighbourhood before someone could help us. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. POST THE NAME OF THE HOTEL AND ADDRESS WHERE YOU CHECK IN!!"
