"Very friendly staff helpful with information and any questions. Able to store bags before and after check in/out with no problems. Tristram was extremely welcoming and chatty in a warm and professional way. The room had everything we needed along with free water and a very effective heating/ cooling system. A bit of fun with the toilet button in reception, try it if you stay. The hotel is close to walk to all major attractions and has shops/ cafes near by and the tram. Highly recommend."

"A lovely, quirky place to stay! Really convenient for Ghent centre, with parking and EV charging. We were in the Captain’s cabin which was great for the three of us. Breakfast was very nice too.
Only improvement would have been the shower room. The drain couldn’t keep up with the shower which meant you had to paddle about for a good while after anyone had a shower (the toilet was in there too!). Condensation issues in there led to a bit of mould too on the walls. Decor everywhere else was...

"Superb hotel for a visit to Ghent, especially if you're driving, as it's outside the Low Emission Zone and they have a large car-park.
This was the second time I've stayed here and once again I wasn't disappointed. Lovely large, clean room with a good shower. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, as there's a good selection to set you up for the day.
The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes walk away, and Sint-Pieters station is a brisk 10 minutes walk, or you can get the tram. Highly recommended."
