"Staff were ok. The occupants of other rooms, cars blasting music. Domestic disturbances. Yelling and screaming. Door slamming. Loud exhaust fron oth"

"The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. The AC did not keep my room cool. The wasn't clean the floors felt gritty even with my shoes on. The floors felt like you were walking on sand.,"

"Unfortunately did not have the best experience. I understand you get what you paid for but at a bare minimum I would expect the essentials to be done. Bed sheets were covered in stains, bathroom tub was chipped and had black spots everywhere. Toilet paper was empty, spare toilet paper roll looked liked someone peed on it (yellow stains). Leather couch was cracked and peeling. Had to ring the doorbell multiple times to get staff to come to front desk to get keys. Not ideal for a place to sleep. "

"Breakfast was a joke oatmeal. Crackers and some kind of protein bar. Not a horrible place to stay just no breakfast. "

"Nasty. Not a single towel, wash cloth, or complimentary soap, tissue, cable broke, had to call maintenance. BED BUGS!! I woke up with several bug bites. No refund. Was told “owner will be here Monday, she will call you” Not a single word. Accidentally scheduled the wrong date, no refund. Will not be staying at any of these disgusting, bed ridden motel again. Will not recommend to anyone. I payed for a room I did not stay in, no refund or credit for another day. Absolutely the worst management....

"Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!"
