Theee stars is generous because the staff was nice and the location is good. Plenty of places to get breakfast and a gas station one street over. Rooms needs a serious update and pillows n stuff were very dingy. Dresser is just for looks drawers were all broken so we couldn’t pull them out. Works for the night. Safe place to sleep.

I didn’t like that I had ordered a Non- smoking room because of my 6 month old son and when we walked in it smelled of cigarettes and there was roaches everywhere. But the bed was pretty good. Not how it looked in the pictures

U get what u pay for

The rooms need to updating for sure. But the beds were clean and comfortable. No issues with location. The front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Our saving grace is the fact there is no fee for pets. The only place I could find in OKC not charging a fee per night per pet. Thank u for that

Owner and staff were very friendly and attentive to the needs that came up. Overall decent place for the cost of the room. Hotel is a work in process so they are still working in improvements from previous owners. Quiet place to stay but surrounding area has lots of homeless hanging around.

First, was checked into a dirty room. Then, wasn't sure of the cleanliness of the sheets from the Second room. Found a little girls bathing suit in the bathroom...maybe the cleaning ladies forgot to clean the bathroom as well. *** On a positive note, the young lady at the front desk was VERY HONEST and returned the change for my pet deposit which was made in cash that I forgot at the desk upon checking in.
