"We were made to feel so welcome here and would love to stay again. The hosts were wonderful, so friendly and made this an unforgettable stay in an incredibly beautiful location. Would highly recommend!"

"We stayed at the Dormy Club primarily for its location near the Bird Sanctuary but we found it had much more to recommend it. Our room was basic but very comfortable. The hot mineral bath facility was excellent with both an indoor and outdoor bath both of which were easy to access from our room. We were also pleased to find that many nice restaurants and breakfast places were nearby. The Dormy Club staff spoke English and were very kind to us. "

"本次是兩家共7人來輕井澤滑雪，住在"輕井澤村"。交通方面，我們選擇住在這裡時就已經做好每天搭計程車的心理準備，但老闆很熱心，在她有空的前提下會協助送我們去車站或雪場，很讚(從車站或雪場搭計程車回來大約1000多yen)。餐飲方面，本次住宿的兩晚在飯店附近的燒肉跟日料店吃，都還不錯。早餐則是前一晚在飯店旁的7-11(只開到晚上11點)買好，早上吃完再出門滑雪，也算方便。另外對於滑雪客很加分的一點，"輕井澤村"附近就有一家雪具租賃店，相比在雪場裡面租大概便宜一半，超划算。(滑兩天以上的雪友可以考慮每天滑完後直接把雪版鎖在雪場裡的架子上，不用帶著往返，方便很多) 整體來說，入住"輕井澤村"給我們很好的體驗，非常推薦。 (這次滑雪有同伴不慎受傷，老闆幫忙載了我們幾趟往返醫院，讓我們很溫暖，也再次對老闆表達感謝，非常非常謝謝老闆的協助。) "

"小菅村を理解した上で泊まること。周辺施設は数軒のみ。17時頃には閉店。施設は築約150年の古民家を改造しているため、天井や柱が低く頭をぶつけやすい。夏は特に虫も出やすい。だが、スタッフの方や村の方たちがでの一生懸命サービスを提供して頂けて大満足。また行きたい。 "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "マラソン大会の前泊で泊まりました。そういった場面だと、賑やかになって普段と全く違う雰囲気になる宿もありますが、ここは落ち着いて自分のペースで過ごすことができました。他のお客さんも同じ気持ちだと思います。夕方のお風呂から、朝のテラスで、と軽井沢の避暑地らしい空気感も味わえます。ちょっとした忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、色々助けていただき、とても助かりました。また泊まって、今度は近くをゆっくり歩いてみたいです。"
