"The property was close to the event we were attending so it was great in that sense. Also the cleaner Caroline was lovely even when we arrived slightly earlier than expected. The actual person who owned the place was difficult to get a hold of at times. It was annoying and stressful trying to figure out the entry and the so many codes. Other than that it was fine it wouldve been nice to have another car park space. Toilet rolls and Tea would have been nice to be stocked up on."

"We loved staying at this property. It was walking distance to both the beach and mount maunganui shops, perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed and was well set up. Unfortunately the bed in the master room was uncomfortable and the restrictions around washing clothes after 4pm meant there was no where to hang the washing (possibly a clothes horse is needed). Check-in was from 4pm which was a shame, we would have appreciated 2pm (not at an extra cost though). Otherwise we...

"It took us nearly an hour to book in as we had not received any communications about the procedure for this particular apartment. The staff at the Atrium were very helpful even though it was not their problem."
