I liked that we had our own bathroom and didn't have to share it with other people.
We wanted to check-in at 1 pm, 2 hrs earlier than the official check-in of 3 o'clock. The landlord managed to get the accommodation ready at that time.
Accommodation is at walking distance of the trainstation. Very convenient if you have to catch a train to Elmas airport on a very early Sunday morning when there aren't buses yet.
