Hotel di Daerah Bersejarah Dandridge

"I ordered a room with two queen beds. They seemed to ignore that request and gave me one king bed instead. Also, the AC unit was very noisy and woke me up multiple times."

"2nd floor east side nice mountain view. Quality inn breakfast ok, same as other quality inns. Down town Dandridge very quant."

"Terrible Experience — Would Not Recommend Booked a non-smoking room, only to discover that it had clearly been smoked in recently. Within a minute of entering, Didn't sit down, unpack, or touch anything. Immediately returned to the front desk to explain the situation and cancel the reservation. The woman at the front desk, who was also the owner, assured me that the room would be refunded. That refund never happened. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Would not recommend this property to...

"The staff on duty that night were awesome!!!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Our original room had a strong urine odor, dried urine stains on the bathroom floor, and was visibly dirty. The exterior sliding door also wouldn’t latch, which was a safety concern. Thankfully, the front desk receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. She documented our concerns and promptly moved us to another room. While the second room was better, it still fell short of expectations. I truly appreciated the receptionist’s excellent service, but...

"When I tell you that the bed I slept in might have been the most comfortable ever….i mean it! When I first pulled up to the hotel, I was worried it wouldn’t meet the expectations I had after reading the great reviews. However, the reviews were spot on! The room appeared to be newly renovated, was clean, and that bed…..amazing. Would definitely stay again when I’m on the area."

"Hot breakfast"

"The staff were very helpful and respectful. I had two rooms reserved, the drainage in both bathtubs was very slow. We could not use the indoor pool because it appeared filthy and was closed. The location was good."

"Second time staying here and really enjoyed our stay and proximity to all the places we wanted to visit."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and close to attractions."

"This place is great!! I have nothing negative to say."

"Nice staff, nice view, and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast!"
