"Expect to wait 30 min for your luggage to reach your room when you check in. Expect to wait 45 min for valet to bring you car up when you check out. Oh and don't bother trying to get a Belfort to help you when you check out either. I was so disappointed in the management of these services, especially when I am traveling with my disabled husband. I won't go back there."

Western Village Inn & Casino by Peppermill Resorts

"I always like staying here whenever I need to stay in Reno. They have the best rates and the rooms are nice. I got a marina view this time which was awesome! I am a solo, female traveler and I feel totally safe staying here. I highly recommend it"

Grand Sierra Resort and Casino

"Expedia says that their price includes all fees. However the Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) charged me a mandatory resort fee that added another 50% on top of what I had already paid to Expedia. The resort fee is for pool use and exercise room use etc. I looked at the Expedia site, and there is nothing clearly documenting the resort fee. While I understood that the hotel deal did not include fees for extra services like room service, I expected the Expedia payment to include all mandatory fees. I think the added resort fee is very unfair and underhanded. Such a surprise fee is not something I think a that reputable business would spring upon their customer. I only used the pool on one day. I did use the bowling alley, driving range, casino and restaurants for which all had their own separate fees (for which I of course paid without complaint before partaking of those services)."

Silver Legacy Reno- A Caesars Rewards Destination

"The pool was so small and has a max number of 40 people and 4 for the hot tub. The hotel has over 30 stories! How does it not have a bigger pool and why can’t they keep it clean? Not enough chairs and no umbrellas just out in the open sun. The room was great. The bellhop service was great! I know most people don’t care about the pool. But this was my mini get away. I always use the pool and the gym."

"The staff was friendly and efficient and the hotel was clean inside and out. However, there were not enough places to charge my devices. There were no available outlets by the bed, only 2 USB-A ports in the alarm clock, but all of my devices take USB-C chargers, so it was inconvenient. The water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired as well. Overall, this is a good hotel for the price."
