"When I walked in to check in the guy asked me to wait b/c they were changing shifts. I nicely sat down, to wait. Another gentleman came and needed to check in and waited in front of the desk. Instead of waiting on me first he front desk guy helped the gentleman. I walked up where they were and the gentleman had to remind the front desk guy that I was there first."

"We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay."

"The hotel in general was very nice. There was VERY loud music between 3pm-8pm and again started at 11pm-2am. It was so loud and the bass was so bad that it shock the walls. It was absolutely ridiculous. When something was said the front stated they didn't know anyting about it and would wave the resort fee which is ONLY $43.45 of the almost $375 per night that was paid. "Lovely apartment located in the heart of Midtown, next door to supermarkets, stores, and several restaurants. The apartment itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I traveled with my husband and infant daughter and had a great stay here."
