Hotel.com website provide an extremely Bad Service

I complain about hotels.com website. Your service is extremely bad. This hotel had already closed their rooms, but your system still show it available. I booked a room at here, paid it all. But when I went to this hotel, no room for me to stay. I had to find another one temporarily. No one from you informed me about the problem and I could not find any your contact to solve the issue. I'm really disappointed about your service at the first time I use it. You have to return completely my money right now, asap. You can ask the boss of this hotel for more detail. I prove it by the picture below, it's an invoice of another hotel (named "Thanh Phuong" hotel) I was living there.

위치는 달랏대성당 근처이나 주위에 아무것도 없음. 위치 아주 안좋음. 리셉션에서는 영어는 아예 불가능. 전력이 약한 것 같음 아침에 전기 안들어 옴. 우리가 도착한 날 달랏 전체 숙소가 거의 예약완료였음. 호텔 예약 후 도착했더니 방 없다고 해서 황당. 호텔스닷컴 전화 했더니 문제 해결됨. 다른 곳을 소개 시켜 준다더니 이 호텔 3층으로 안내함. 완전 황당. 이 호텔은 완전 비추천.

Avoid this hotel at all cost! they are over booked, upon our arrival, ưe are told thêre are no room for us although full payment is made. short of not helping us find alternative, the owner tried to sell us another room elsewhere for 3times the price.
