Do not stay here

The 2 receptionists were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Constantly on their phones watching videos even when I tried to ask them a question. The room was filthy. The shower mat was covered in hairs, as was the shower and the slippers. My pillow was stained.The sink in the bathroom had a leak so whenever the tap was on my feet got wet. My coffee cup was rinsed out and put back still stained and the coffee sachets were not replenished. The ONLY thing that was good about this hotel was the location. I would not recommend it. It looks much nicer in the pictures than in real life!
