"Beautiful small resort to enjoy a few nights in this small quiet coastal town in between our big city visits. Beautiful arts around the hotel. Breakfast had good selections. Lunch and dinner at restaurant were good but too pricey! Best calamari ever ever!! "

"The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return."

"Clean room but is very small. Clean bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows (flat after 1 hour) and bed (hard). In our room, we can hear noise from the streets days and nights. Good location - walking distance to Xuan Huong Lake and nearby restaurants. Excellent staff service: courteous and accommodating."

"We booked a 3-bedroom Villa, which turned out to be a 1-bedroom Villa plus 2 adjacent room, likening the same building,but not technically in the same house. We needed key cards to go to the 2 extra rooms. Needless to say this was a big disappointment while traveling with a family. We couldn't leave our child in the room upstairs alone! Besides that, the beach was very dirty and small, with construction happening. Food was okay (we took half board--it was hotel food, nothing memorable),...
